Planar Matrix at the NAB 2012 REDuser Party

On Sunday, April 15th over 1000 REDusers gathered at the Tropicana in Las Vegas to kickoff the National Association of Broadcasters 2012 Show.   Guests viewed entries from the top 10 finalists in REDuser’s 4k Portrait competition which were screened on a number of new and prototype 4k monitors, including a 2x2 of Planar Matrix 55 and a prototype 64” 4K display.  RED Digital Cinema is well respected in Hollywood for pioneering digital 4k capture and the competition was the first ever of its kind for REDusers to create content made especially for 4k display.
