About the Artist: Karyn Servin is a freelance illustrator and painter living in Portland, OR. Despite working in such varied mediums as web design, print layout, textiles, and consumer goods design, Karyn's work is always recognizable through the constant exploration of beauty and narrative found in the simplest everyday objects. She finds inspiration for her work through her years of travel abroad, local outdoor activities and her two energetic sons.
